Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical lead and software application developer.
  • Collaborate with the Department of FI$Cal on the enterprise statewide budgeting solution.
  • Work on software applications such as Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution, Essbase, or Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
  • Execute the full application development lifecycle on the Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution, including all applications, integrations, reports, and peripheral components including, but not limited to: Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reporting (FR), Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting, Oracle Application Express (APEX), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Stay current on the latest technology trends.
  • Deliver complex information technology initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings.
  • Provide status reports.
  • Complete work assignments

 

Minimum Qualifications 

Two years as an Information Technology Associate; or four years of general information technology experience performing technical and/or analytical tasks for computer systems or services in any of the six domains or emerging information technology fields; or 120 semester units (or 180 quarter units) from an accredited college or university including at least 15 semester units (or 22.5 quarter units) of information technology or closely related course work; or any equivalent combination of experience and education. When using education to meet minimum qualifications, education must include the specified IT or closely related course work.
