Management Analyst Student Trainee Summer Hire
- Perform a full range of standard clerical office support functions.
- Use word processing software and/or desktop publishing applications to produce a variety of documents.
- Maintain automated tracking system for all department suspense's.
- Types, edits, formats, and prints a wide variety of documents for the office staff, including correspondence, reports, technical notes, presentation, and briefing materiel.
- Operate a computer, peripheral equipment and appropriate software to perform various computer operations in support of office operations.
To be eligible for the Pathways Summer Hire Intern Program, individuals must have been accepted for enrollment or be enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) In a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis. This position has a NOT TO EXCEED date of September 30, 2024. Applicants selected from this job opportunity announcement WILL NOT be non-competitively converted to a competitive service appointment after completion of the NTE appointment.
