Natural Resource Specialist
- Performs various fluid mineral field inspections to ensure compliance, enforces all applicable laws, regulations, and terms/conditions specified in approvals.
- Completes right-of-way inspections for previously authorized surface disturbing activities.
- Lead a diverse team of resource specialists from both government and industry to document potential impacts of the proposed action.
- Complete various types of NEPA documents, using scientific and technical knowledge of natural resources and the physical sciences. The development of these documents requires effective written communication skills and strict attention to detail.
- Performs other duties in support of fluid minerals workload as assigned by the supervisor. Duties may include file/records management, as well as collateral duties to support local Field Office operations
