Marketing Assistant

Hunters Services is looking for a Marketing Assistant to work under general supervision and support the Company in marketing efforts by effectively coordinating contractual activities and communication of market related information. 

General responsibilities include assisting with the marketing of all projects which include but not limited to; 

Maintaining the website accuracy and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google), learn and utilize our Vinyl Machine (cutting and labeling/designing our logos on our work vehicles, etc), learn and utilize our Marketing Program through our Software Program, as well as Coordinating with consultants on signs, advertising, public relations, and collateral material, and many other additional task similar to these.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the marketing of all projects including signage, brochures, and advertising.
  • Coordinates with marketing consultants to ensure correct information is provided.
  • Review brochures, newspaper ads, etc. to ensure accuracy prior to publishing.
  • Ability to create flyers and brochure templates and make modifications to advertising using graphic software.
  • Is actively engaged in all social media for company sites.
  • Keeps MLS and company website current on all listings.
  • Assists in coordination of company events (trade shows).
  • Join and be a part of specific groups related to marketing within the company.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • High School (GED).
  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience (not required but encouraged).
  • Demonstrated Intermediate skill set with Microsoft Suite; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Google.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite or other graphic design software; creating flyers, brochures, and other sales related materials.
  • Experience in managing business related social media accounts and advertising.
  • Experience with mailers, constant contact, etc (not required but encouraged).
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated to make projects successful.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and insured transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
