Interior Design Intern

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the RISE Realty team to develop a vision for the penthouse office transformation, drawing inspiration from the iconic Taj Mahal.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform the design process, considering both aesthetic appeal and functional requirements.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selections, and decorative elements, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Source materials, furnishings, and decor items, leveraging relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Oversee the implementation of the design plan, coordinating with contractors, craftsmen, and other professionals to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Document the progress of the project through photographs, videos, and written updates for promotional and educational purposes.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Passion for design and a keen interest in creating innovative and inspiring spaces.
• Previous experience or coursework in commercial interior design is preferred but not required.
