HR Communications Summer 2024 Internship

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, INL’s Internal Communications department is seeking an intern for Summer 2024. You will work under the mentorship of the Human Resources and Diversity communications specialist, with colleagues in the lab’s Communications and Talent Acquisition teams, and with their fellow interns from departments around the laboratory, to create content pieces highlighting the internship program and its participants. Projects are likely to include content for internal and external websites, feature stories, social media posts, photo and video shoots, printed materials, and other similar activities.

This team works a 9x80 schedule onsite in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate student enrolled full time at an accredited college/university studying Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, English, or a related field.

A minimum overall 3.0 GPA.

Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT and OPT).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Undergraduate Internships ($25.65/hour - $30.70/hour)
  • Masters Internships and PhD Internships Pre-Candidacy ($31.75/hour - $34.06/hour)
  • PhD Internships Post-Candidacy ($33.75/hour - $36.06/hour)
  • Eligible interns are provided paid holiday time off, and many of our internships offer travel reimbursements.
  • Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on degree field and level of education.
