POSITION: Front Office Support
EMPLOYED BY: President & CEO
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Operations
PURPOSE: To enter data into the organization’s household/billing system and conduct annual surveys. To assist in the analysis and communication regarding affiliate outcomes. To provide girl data as requested/needed for various reporting requirements. To provide excellent customer service to all members and families.
STATUS: Non-exempt
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must maintain confidentiality of member information
- Excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will make sure that all payments and data is entered accurately and efficiently into the household/ billing system.
- Responsible for ordering supplies for the building. Must price check and create a master list of where things are ordered from. Must have approval of the Director of Operations before anything is ordered.
- Responsible for completing all necessary trainings and conducting the annual SSBOS (girl survey).
- Responsible for the red safety binders that are in each room, making sure they are updated regularly and filled with the most accurate and up to date information.
- Assist Office Coordinator in taking phone calls, taking payments, and assisting parents/guardians and other individuals on whatever they may need from Girls Inc. staff
- Engage daily with positive customer service to all members and families.
- Assist in the check-in and check-out process in the front office each day.
- Creates and maintains the gymnastics roster. Makes updates and changes when necessary. Informs all staff of any changes.
- Assist in the operations of the front office as determined by the Director of Operations and Office Coordinator.
- Any duties assigned by the President & CEO or Director of Operations.
