Job Description:
- Interacting with adjusters and medical providers
- Sending letters of representation
- Opening insurance claims
- Confirming coverages
- Requesting police reports
- Preparing DMV forms
- Negotiating property damage claims
- Coordinating medical treatment
- Negotiating bodily injury claims
- Case management
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Easily operate in a fast-paced work environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
PREFERENCES
- Experience handling personal injury matters
- Knowledge of any legal software program (Filevine, Abacus Law, Clio, etc.)
