Responsibilities:

  • Project a positive image when representing AIYA to clients and the community
  • Answer calls from the main line, respond to basic inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate person or department
  • Develop visual concepts and design graphics for various purposes
  • Incorporate feedback from clients or team members and make necessary revisions to designs to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and specifications for each project
  • Prepare reports for operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
  • Bachelor’s degrees required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour 

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Flushing, NY 11354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Experience Level:

  • Entry-Level
