Interior Designer Sales

Job Brief:

TT Furniture are seeking an experienced and ambitious Interior Designer Sales for selling furniture items to our customers in our luxurious retail store in one of the top malls in Tampa, Florida.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. 

 You have to be able to assist customers in floor plan designs, house measurements, home idea suggestions, fabric color selection, and style assistance.

 

Compensation:

This is a high-paying commission position. You will receive a basic salary plus commissions (3% of each order's total). With our generous commission-based compensation plan, your income is limited only by the amount of effort you apply with customers in the showroom.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Assisting customers in sales by designing their space with our unique home furniture signature products by presenting AutoCad drawings.
  • Showroom sales through home ideas suggestions, fabric colors selection, dimensions and style assistance.
  • Preparing proposals and quotations through the software system.
  • Fabrics and materials selection with customers.
  • Following up with the customers till the delivery.

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Ability to create floor plan designs through AutoCad.
  • Architecture or Interior Design Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present home concepts in an easy to understand manner.
  • Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software systems.
  • Ability to listen and translate clients’ wants into design choices.
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
