Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic residential visits to ignite interest in potential customers
- Collaborate seamlessly with our Solar and Pool Consultants for seamless appointment coordination
- Skillfully identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy products and home pool solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies alongside the sales team
- Full engagement in team meetings and company outings
- Deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management
- Utilize cutting-edge digital sales tools
- Maintain personal transportation and possess a valid driver's license
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a definite plus (but not required)
- Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is highly preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
