Marketing Intern - Studio H

Studio H Architects is a growing architecture and interior design firm headquartered in downtown Meridian, Idaho. Started in 2016, the firm has grown to a Team of 6. The firm specializes in creating a journey through design, often practiced in hospitality projects, commercial office, and retail spaces.

Studio H Architects is looking for an intern to expand our branding and increase website / social media presence. Our marketing plan is evolving and we’d like to find some that will work to align that marketing plan with our brand development. This includes but is not limited to creating content, brochures, market research, updating the firm's website, and email campaigns. 

Working with the firm leaders and project staff, this position will allow creative flexibility in how the brand is developed. The goal for branding is to find a way to express what Studio H provides to our clients in a way that differs from other architecture and design firms. The position will give flexibility for those who are motivated and want to help create something that will evolve and they will be part of the beginning for that branding. Additional work can involve social media postings and website updates.

Anticipated tasks and duties include:

• Gather insight and information about the firm and its work.
• Understand the unique industry and how businesses run and grow in select markets.
• Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Implement strategy for growing target markets.

Qualifications:

• Interest in graphic design
• Research-savvy
• Ability to collect data, sort, and analyze.

• Real-world experience in a professional organization
• Understanding the wants and needs of a marketing position within a company.
• Ability to navigate within a firm, under leadership, to collect the goals and aspirations of the firm and put into place a plan for growth.
• Develop, refine, and implement a marketing strategy.
