Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Development Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As an MDC, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating qualified leads for our sales team, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target candidates for customers within World 50 peer groups through extensive industry research, profiling tools, and assessment of member nominations, considering factors such as competitive landscape, company size, reputation, global presence, and personal contributions
- Utilize Salesforce to create and update new business and person accounts
- Collaborate with Membership Development Associate to conduct thorough preparation for prospect calls including company background, industry trends and a comprehensive understanding of the prospect’s needs and objectives.
- Contribute to projects aimed at expanding World 50 Group's market presence, driving revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall growth strategy.
Key Qualifications & Proficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Adept at using email and phone outreach for lead generation.
