As a High-Ticket Sales Consultant, you'll experience a unique opportunity of commission sakes from 80% of the opportunities come to you and 20% prospecting. With gross written sales volume ranging from $35,000 to $100,000 of product in a month per Salesperson, you'll play a crucial role in driving our success.

This isn't just another commission position. You'll receive $12 an hour, every other week, for spending money between commission checks, ensuring you never go without income.

• Current or previous homeowners that can relate to the majority of our guest’s furniture shopping experience
• Someone who has made major purchases in their life, other than a car, and has no problems asking someone else for a sale that could exceed $10,000
• Individuals who have displayed professional resiliency with tenure of 3-5 years OR MORE in a recent workplace

Our Interior Design Consultants’ strengths include:

• Passion for design and decorating.
• A desire to build lasting relationships while selling ideas, products and services
• Ability to use social media to promote his/herself and the company.

As a Design Consultant, you:

• Use our guests words and visions to create completed works of art.
• Are challenged with using your creativity while serving the guest's needs and desires.
• Transform blank pallets into beautiful creations.
• Own the design process- from establishing customer relationships to the final sale.
• Get the benefit of surrounding yourself with gorgeous home furnishings everyday you come to work.

Position Requirements:

• Though this is primarily a storefront retail business, you must be willing to conduct in-home design services with a minimum of 1 guest per week.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to provide own transportation to and from customer’s homes
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• A degree (Associates or Bachelor's) in Interior Design or an existing portfolio demonstrating related experiences are a plus.
