2024 Summer Intern – Business Unit CFO/Wealth Management

Responsibilities:
- Coordination and preparation of management reporting for Wealth Management and Finance Leadership
- Exposure to management with opportunity to deliver clear, cohesive, compelling presentations to the Wealth Management business line and Finance
- Assist in financial modelling, and analysis of variances between actuals and projections. Build analytics and reports to enhance understanding of business drivers and improve forecasting.
- Perform strategic analysis on competitive environment and help establish benchmark of peers
- Conduct in-depth research to inform key strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with various functional areas on process optimization opportunities
- Active contributor in various ad hoc requests
- Assist in promotion of team engagement
Internship Details:
- Hourly rate: $22/hour
- Dates: June 3, 2024 - August 2, 2024
- Location: New York, NY
- Work Environment: Flexible (2-3 days per week in the office)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rising College Senior (Class of 2025)
- Business Majors with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or related
- Experience with financial/quantitative data analysis
- Ability to synthesize data to formulate clear and concise executive messages to internal audiences from complex topics
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, solve problems and think strategically/critically
- Pro-active, good comfort level with working in an often-ambiguous environment, ability to quickly pivot from one to another
- Interpersonal skills and high level of comfort/ease to interact with all levels of the organization
- Organized with attention to detail
- Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
