2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst, Renewable & Thermal Power - New York City Office

About the Position:

PEI is seeking Summer Analysts to join the team and support the growth of this independent advisory practice, providing the opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing franchise. PEI’s goal is to develop talent organically and promote internally, providing the new hire with ample opportunity to grow within a boutique investment banking platform.

Please note, this position is for the New York City office.

Locations:

· New York, New York

Responsibilities:

· Work with senior banking officers and professionals and participate in client transactions projects or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team

· Responsible for analyzing and building sophisticated financial data and models used in client proposals and strategic plans

· Prepare presentations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals

· Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends

· Preparing and delivering presentations

· Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt, & Equity transaction expertise

Qualifications:

· Strong interest in the Power/Renewables/Energy sector

· Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent analytical skills

· Highly motivated, self-directed individual

· Strong client management and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

· Team player and ability to work independently as well
