Blue Cloud Ventures, (BCV), is a software-focused growth equity venture capital firm based in New York City. Since inception in late 2012, BCV raised three consecutive funds and backed 44 leading software companies. The fund targets investments in leading SaaS, infrastructure and open source software companies.
BCV is seeking a self-motivated intern for summer 2024 to work from its New York office or remotely, for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks (flexible). The internship will involve various roles and responsibilities within the investment team spanning from market research to investment diligence and sourcing.
We are looking for an energetic, highly-organized self-starter with unique attention to detail and an impressive ability to retain information. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated interest in tech and investing as well as an impeccable spelling and grammar skills, a creative, forward-thinking mindset, and a willingness to go above and beyond of what is asked.
Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree;
- Experience working with Microsoft Office;
- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule of 40 hours a week;
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
