Business Management Intern - Summer 2024

Job Description

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Therapeutic Solutions Division team in our Westborough, MA office. This program will run from May 20 – August 2, 2024. This is a full-time opportunity involving 35-40 hours per week, at a payrate of $25.00/hr.

As a Business Management Intern, you will be supporting the Therapeutic Solutions Division leadership office by helping the team complete key projects.

You will contribute to our mission by helping your department complete key projects.

 

Job Duties

Some projects our former Business Management Interns have contributed to include:

  • Collecting and synthesizing data from research organizations regarding plan development processes and project management tools.
  • Maintaining regular, project-based contact with colleagues from across the globe.
  • Developing departmental communications and work with function representatives to ensure visibility of rules throughout their departments.
  • Creating documentation related to due diligence, information request lists, 100 day plans, and interdependencies.
  • Organizing, tracking, and sharing appropriate information related to Regional Control Frameworks (RCFs).

A typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
  • Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
  • Engaging in other duties, as necessary

 

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education*

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Must complete sophomore year of undergrad before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
  • Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Engineering, or any related disciplines.
  • Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship**

Experience*

  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.)

Skills*

Required Skills:

  • Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply new information.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Notes and/or Smartsheet
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize/execute multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong, professional communication skills.
  • Skilled in presentation development and public speaking.
  • General curiosity and a desire to learn new material.
