Architectural Design Associate
As a member of the Architectural team, reporting to the Director of Architecture, this position works on diverse architecture projects across market segments and with varying degrees of complexity - producing the project deliverables to represent the client objectives that meet quality control standards. Responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager include but are not limited to: field work/site inspection; Construction Document (CD) lead and production; assistance with Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD); various Construction Administration (CA) tasks as required; attendance at project kick off, construction progress meetings, etc. as requested.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Candidates must hold a Masters in Architecture. REVIT proficiency. LEED AP a plus.
• The ability to work within REVIT and CAD for design is a MUST.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to interact effectively with multi-discipline customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
