Intern for Film & Television Production Company
• Interns will work alongside, assist, and report to members of the Executive Team.
• Interns may be asked to travel when needed for Film & Television productions to assist members of the Executive Team when necessary.
• Interns will draft, review, and send communications via phone and email on behalf of the Executive Team.
• Interns will help organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
• Interns will answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Executive Team.
• Interns will help to maintain various records and documents for the Executive Team.
• Traveling, hotel accommodations, and food will always be included for Interns during business travels.
• Work Schedule will vary based on the Interns availability and the Executive Teams needs.
• Interns should know or be willing to learn about various aspects of not only filmmaking but also business. If no experience, or knowledge of filmmaking then an applicant should be gladly able to learn about it throughout their internship. The above also applies to business matters as well. The Executive Team will provide books, videos, and other educational resources for Intern's to learn.
• Intern should know or be willing to learn Microsoft Word and Excel
