Technical Intern

We are seeking an Intern to join Synopsys to work for the Summer of 2024, ideally May/June through August/September. The role will ask for relocation to our headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.
 

In this internship, you will get an opportunity to work on the industry's leading System Verilog Simulator and will get an understanding of the complexity of the state-of-the-art hardware designs and challenges addressing their performance requirements. The job requires analyzing the waveform data of multiple stimuli using Machine Learning techniques and apply them back for better simulation performance.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in C++
  • Understanding of System Verilog
  • Basic understanding of simulation of hardware designs and waveform data
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques
  • Be currently enrolled in a university, working towards your MS or PhD with a graduation date of May 2025

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $24.00 - $48.05/HR. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
