About the Position:

The incumbent Transportation Engineer (Civil) assists the District Construction Storm Water Coordinator (DCSWC) with carrying out duties to comply with the requirements of the Caltrans statewide Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP), the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Construction General Permits, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements and all other related State and / or Federal permits and requirements. Transportation Engineer may also function as a Lead worker, as workload requires.
