Community Engagement Project Student Worker

The Community Engagement Project Student Worker will assist with the recruitment process. This process is outlined below: 

The recruitment process for the action research project involving elementary school teachers, students, and teacher education candidates within the urban teacher program typically involves several steps:

1. **Identification of Participants**: Firstly, potential participants will be identified based on specific criteria. This may include elementary school teachers who are part of the urban teacher program, elementary school students within their classrooms, and teacher education candidates enrolled in the program.

2. **Collaboration with Program Administrators**: Collaboration with program administrators or coordinators within the urban teacher program will be essential for accessing potential participants and obtaining necessary permissions.

3. **Information Sessions and Recruitment Materials**: Information sessions will be conducted to explain the purpose and benefits of the research project. Recruitment materials such as flyers, emails, or announcements will be distributed to inform potential participants about the opportunity to be involved.

4. **Consent Process**: All participants, including teachers, students, and teacher education candidates, will be required to provide informed consent before participating in the research project.
