Project Coordinator Intern (Design & Construction)

Vanguard's Global Workforce Experience (GWx) team touches the lives of every Vanguard employee every day. As a Project Coordinator Intern on our Design & Construction team, you will learn about how corporate offices function on a day-to-day basis.                                                                                                                     

In this internship, you will:

• Support the execution of strategic real estate capital projects, including leased and owned facilities within Vanguard’s real estate portfolio.
• Provide status updates, create reports, and present as needed across service lines.
• Collaborate with other functional groups within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Assist in the oversight of the full life cycle of capital projects while implementing established standards and guidelines.
• Participate in a variety of meetings and initiatives to support project planning and execution.
• Regularly update project schedules, budgets, risks, and other factors utilizing project management software.

What it takes:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Construction knowledge a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
• Proven research and organizational skills
