The Global Partner Organization is passionate about developing partnerships that accelerate innovation and growth with industry differentiation, expanded reach and customer success. About the Role
The Partner Operations Summer Interns will be responsible for system-wide initiatives that will impact the overall Global Partners Program. There are two primary focus areas needed for our interns:
- Developing and enhancing business communications, platforms, and tools. Projects include; enhancing email and sales enablement automation tools and templates (Pardot, HighSPOT), crafting external communications and developing partner landing pages.
- Operational excellence through our systems. Project will include sanitizing our current Salesforce data, managing our internal assets (i.e. documents, reports, dashboards) and working on our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2024; preferably between December 2024 - June 2025.
- Currently pursuing a major in Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Communications, Operations or Administration
- Able to commit to a full-time internship program for 12 weeks during summer of 2024
- You will return to university studies after the conclusion of the internship
Other Qualifications
- Tableau and/or SQL experience preferred
- Prior internship, coursework, or relevant project experience
- A passion for team mentorship, employee development, and building a team culture based on delivering results at speed while having fun
- Experience in working and building trusted relationships
- Knowledge of design thinking, strategy definition, agility concepts and the ability to step in as a business transformation advisor as needed.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
