Human Resource Intern (FWS) Interfaith Legal Services for Immigrants

Human Resources interns assist ILSI with research and support of various initiatives in recruiting, training and HR General practices. College students, recent graduates and graduate students with classes in human resources, communications or organizational development are preferred for these positions. Although tasks vary depending on the nature of the work in progress during the internship, interns can expect their tasks to include:

•       Assisting with Intern and Staff management projects;

•       Planning for IILSI’s new staff orientation

•       Managing department inboxes and responding to constituent queries; and

•       Participating in general ILSI’s administrative support.

•       Organizational assessment with the goal of improving practices.

Responsibilities:

ILSI’s Internship opportunities vary every session and look different in every office. Interns generally will assist a specific person or team. The positions involve the described tasks and responsibilities as well as other relevant duties that may be assigned by the Executive Director or Supervisor.

No transportation required.
