Drafting & Shop Drawings - Modern Commercial Buildings
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret contract drawings and specifications
- Create fabrication/erection drawings and Bill of Materials for glazing systems.
- Work closely with project Engineers and Glazing Contractors to interpret/resolve design issues
- Create and submit RFI's as necessary
- Work closely with fabrication team to interpret/resolve layout and/or detail issues
- Ability to check/redline the work of other Steel Detailers
Skills/Experience:
- AutoCAD experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, organized, strong communication skills
