International Graduate Program, Analyst

The Group operates 75 shopping centres in 12 countries, including 39 which carry the iconic Westfield brand. These centres attract over 900 million visits annually and provide a unique platform for retailers and brands to connect with consumers. URW also has a portfolio of high-quality offices, 10 convention and exhibition venues in Paris, and a €3 Bn development pipeline of mainly mixed-use assets. Currently, its €51 Bn portfolio is 87% in retail, 6% in offices, 5% in convention and exhibition venues, and 2% in services (as at June 30, 2023).

1 year, 2 countries, 4 assignments
Through our International Graduate Programme (IGP), highly motivated graduates can discover the diversity of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group and its approach to commercial real estate operations.
Our 18-month programme is structured as follows:
- A permanent contract
- 4 assignments of 4 months each, across different departments within the Group (e.g. in Controlling, Development, Operating Management, Leasing, Marketing or Shopping Center Management)
- At least one foreign assignment in one of our European offices
Who we are looking for:
- You hold an undergraduate degree, or ideally master’s degree from a business or engineering school
- You are fluent in business-level English and at least one of the Group’s languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
- You are eligible to work in the UK (we’re unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship)
- You have excellent analytical/financial capabilities and communication skills
- You have a strong entrepreneurial personality, a curious nature and are keen to bring in your ideas
- You would embrace the potential of an International Career and opportunities to gain exposure across Europe
