Internship - Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Interested in starting a career in Real Estate? CL3 Property Management is offering a summer Real Estate Assistant Internship. The chosen candidate will be exposed to the residential leasing and sales market by assisting a top producing sales and leasing team. Candidate will be responsible for administrative needs related to sales, leasing and property management transactions, and office projects including client agreements, listing agreements, client onboarding, customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management, software database entry/management, lease marketing, documentation and administration, coordination and administration with property turnovers, summarizing repair and rehab project bids, and more.

CL3’s office is based in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago. Our service area covers properties located in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods, as well as near north, northwest and west side neighborhoods. We specialize in property management for individual owner of luxury and investment properties, such as condominiums, townhomes, single family homes and multi-unit residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize office and property management administration documents and files, including management agreements, client onboarding paperwork, building/association documentation, vendor bids, and project management bids.
  • Prepare lease and sales documentation, including listing agreements, property leases, sales contracts, required disclosures, ordinances, notices and receipts.
  • Prepare listings for properties on rental and sales websites and multiple listing service sites.
  • Actively market properties through emails, internet, social media and company and external website postings
  • Assist with building association move in documentation and coordinate initial rent, deposit, and move fee collections.
  • Date Entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead management systems.
  • Administer and report client, customer and tenant surveys.
  • Blog and marketing posting on social media, and company website administrative and marketing management
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate or related field preferred
  • Interest in obtaining Illinois Real Estate Leasing or Brokers license.
  • Marketing SEO /SEM and social media marketing skills a plus
  • Access to a vehicle with proper insurance preferred
