Customer Experience Coordinator

Paddle The River, LLC DBA Burning River Adventures is looking to hire individuals that share a love for the outdoors, kayaking/canoeing and The Cuyahoga River to assist with daily operations throughout the paddling season. This will be a seasonal position with a variable schedule starting in Mid-April on weekends through September or October (depending on weather).
Customer Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and participants questions
- Entering participants into booking system
- Ensuring paperwork is properly filled out by participants
- Cash/Credit Card handling
- Enforcing all policies and procedures
- Assist with distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain a clean work environment and professional attitude
- Ensure the safety of all participants
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in variable weather and non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Paddling experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate in a clear, confident and understandable manner with a variety of participants
- Good communication skills required
- Experience leading groups preferred
- Willingness to obtain field related certifications preferred
