Program Analyst
B&M Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking Program Analysts to assist with project coordination and technical writing on Federal cybersecurity consulting engagements. This role consists of engaging directly with client stakeholders, coordinating between Federal stakeholders and team members, and supporting deliverables for the client. The Program Analyst must be a highly motivated and self-driven individual, who can work both independently and in a team environment with experienced Team Leads and a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Supports the team and clients on a day-to-day basis; develops and tracks project schedules and budgets; manages project deadlines; schedules meetings; keeps Sharepoint sites up-to-date; conducts project outreach and communication; engages with project stakeholders; reaches out to stakeholders for inputs and manages these inputs; assists in the on-boarding of new employees.
- Technical Writing and Editing: Prepares documentation and formats/edits MS Word briefings and PowerPoint presentations; reviews and edits project deliverables in MS Word and PowerPoint for formatting, clarity, and wording prior to submission to the clients; incorporates input from other team members; develops and updates graphics in documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with clients and peers
- Excellent copy-editing and proofreading skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
