Lenovo Digital Transformation Intern - Summer 2024

We are hiring a Summer 2024 Intern to join our Digital Transformation team. This role will be based in Morrisville, NC. Onsite presence will be required at least 3 days per week.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision-making processes related to digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements or digital solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain documentation for digital transformation projects, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Work closely with various teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and management, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across departments.
• Provide support in organizing training sessions or workshops to educate employees on new digital tools and processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, digital advancements, and relevant technologies to contribute valuable insights to the digital transformation strategy.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology or Digital Marketing.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
