Sales Representative

Location: The job is remote. 

Schedule: Flexible, works on own hours but must be able to meet sales targets 



  • Strong ability to talk through common breakpoints with 1-3 business owners
  • Ability to articulate the First Horizon Ecosystem (WEB R.O.C.K.E.T) sales script to identify problems and solutions
  • Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions
  • Can memorize sales script and overcome objections 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic, and driven to succeed
  • Basic understanding of standard web applications (e.g., Google Sheets)
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and advance within the sales field
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer 


  • Reach out to current and potential clients via calling cold leads. Then ask qualifying questions to determine the client's industry, revenue, profitability…etc
  • Make 25-200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads
  • Set appointments for senior sales and schedule up to 45 meetings a month with clients for closers 
  • Following up on leads who engage with First Horizon Group and book appointments for senior sales
  • Manage the pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform a daily review of leads 
  • Provide information regarding the Business Model of First Horizon Group, partnership with First Horizon Group, and our Executive Leadership
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and gain sales skills
  • Comfortable with consistent follow-up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. text, email, video messages, etc)
