Program Coordinator - Adolescent PHP (LICSW or LMHC)

We are seeking a lead LMHC or LICSW that will act as supporting management as well as run programming in an adolescent PHP. The ideal candidate is someone who is seeking management experience, enjoys collaborative teamwork, is adaptable to the needs of patients in a PHP, is confident in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with groups of up to 12 adolescents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Acquires supporting responsibilities of the clinical director and lead program coordinator including oversight of patient and family care, staff scheduling, and ensuring flow of daily operations.

● Facilitates therapeutic groups created by ilearn wellness lead program coordinator in DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, and mindfulness.

● Collaborates with intake social worker and nurses on biopsychosocial assessments to develop and implement treatment plan to patients.

● Completes documentation of clinical encounters and daily notes in a timely manner.

● Assists in monitoring the milieu which includes checking in with patients needing additional support.

● Participates and presents in clinical rounds and familiarizing self with patient population.
