Responsibilities:

• Engage and connect with campers through various activities and events.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for campers to learn, grow, and make lifelong memories.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers during all activities.
• Lead and participate in games, arts and crafts, sports, and other camp activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to campers in building positive relationships with their peers.
• Assist in organizing and executing daily schedules and routines.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leadership to create a vibrant and supportive community.

Qualifications:

• Current college student with a passion for adventure, teamwork, and working with children.
• Previous experience in a camp, recreational, or leadership role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of creativity.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start of camp).
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
• Love for the outdoors and a desire to create a positive impact on young minds.

Duration: This is a seasonal position during the summer months, providing college students with a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience while enjoying a memorable summer adventure. Positions are available for varying durations to accommodate different college schedules. Applicant will also be consider for a year-round employment.
