FT/PT Bilingual English/Japanese Call Center Representative
Summary:
A small but fast-growing bike share company is hiring Japanese Speaking Call Center Representative.
You are in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. You handle different people, from locals to international travelers.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Assist users with purchase process, troubleshooting, and use of systems
- Respond to all emails, both internal and external, within 24 hours
- Schedule in-person appointments and inform customers of required documentation
- Fill out and record customer information in company databases accurately and efficiently
- Skills and Qualifications: Conversational Japanese language skills
Requirements:
- Ability to type minimum of 35 WPM
- Ability to clearly speak Japanese
- Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand the English Language
- Ability to actively listen and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and work well individually and on a team
- Excellent attendance
Pay: $20.00 per hour ($17/hour during 1-2months training period, DOE)
