Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician - Mansfield, St. Clairsville, Westlake, Columbus, OH

As a Behavior Technician, you will be working with a small team committed to helping clients learn and thrive. We are currently looking for ambitious, passionate, and smart individuals to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity in one of the fastest growing fields in the country! The center technician position is full time, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:30-3:30, with the need to be available until 5:30 at least three days a week. The outreach technician position can be full time or part time, with hours generally in the evening or on weekends.

Duties: 

• Work on academic, daily living, communication, and social skills with clients
• Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
• Provide Professional Crisis Management (training provided)

Pay: 

• Competitive pay ranging from $17-20/hr. based on education, experience, and credentials.

Requirements: 

• 18 years of age
• High school Graduate
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work or a related field (preferred)
• Personal means of transportation
