Project Engineer Intern
Project Engineer with heavy civil projects experience in Florida and the Southeast US preferred. Candidate must be motivated to grow professionally with LEAD Engineering Contractors (www.LEAD-EC.com) , a full service General Contractor with the goal of delivering the Best Service in the Industry following our core values: People, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to support the Project Manager and the project team by performing field and office engineering, planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Support field operations as needed
- Coordination of Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Submittals, RFIs, Correspondence and Coordination Meetings
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
