Growth Strategist Intern

The growth strategist role is core to our mission of helping 50,000 students this summer to sublease their apartments or find short-term affordable housing in New York City.

We are looking for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors who are passionate about helping students navigate the most expensive and important decision they make every year: where to live.

Description of role

We have designed the growth strategist role to be a crash course in entrepreneurship. A nextstay growth strategist will work with the co-founders to set a target number of student signups for their campus and develop and execute a strategy to reach that target. Growth strategists are encouraged to be creative and results-driven in their approach.

Weekly responsibilities

• Set weekly goals in terms of the number of student signups and develop a weekly outreach plan
• Track the effectiveness of your efforts
