Contracts Liaison (TE2)   
Tumwater, WA – Headquarters
$65,748 – $88,416 Annually

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 2 to serve as a Contracts Liaison in Tumwater, WA. This position supports WSDOT's mission by applying State and Federally defined professional service procurement regulations and best practices in support of transportation projects and programs, including smart highways and other new technology implementation across WSDOT divisions, regions and/or major functional areas. The top candidate will provide key oversight of multi-million-dollar projects, coordinating preliminary design, procurement, contract award, contract administration, termination, cost recovery and project closeout with licensed engineers, designers, project managers, project stakeholders, State and Local Agencies, contractors, and vendors.
