Senior Technical Program Manager Intern

Do you want to manage critical technical business problems and help find the right solutions for our customers? As a senior technical program manager (Sr. TPM) intern, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve technical problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations. At AWS, Sr. TPM interns drive efforts independently and as part of larger project teams, and have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an MBA or master’s degree program in engineering, computer science, or similar technical discipline with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and September 2025
• 3+ years of relevant full-time industry or military experience, which occurred between the conferral date from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program
• Basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to dive deep and constructively discuss proposed technology solutions
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity while thinking strategically
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57.21/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $111.25/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
