Technical Account Manager


Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Who we are: At Cash Flow Portal, we make it easy for real estate syndicators to raise money, streamline operations, and reach investors. We are a marketplace between real estate syndicators and passive investors - we want to make it the easiest place on earth to invest in real estate.

We at Cash Flow Portal strive to be the most accessible real estate syndication software in the market. In the last 1.5 years, we built a solid product, achieved product-market fit, and created a team of driven and like minded people all across the US. We are now looking for a Technical Account manager to join our team to bridge the gap between our clients and our software engineers so we can continue to serve our customers and evolve our product.

We are engineering-driven (the founder was an engineering manager from Silicon Valley), are obsessed with talent density, and want to hire the best engineers possible who are also highly collaborative.

We are also highly entrepreneurial and personal finance-minded. We believe that our employees will one day go on to create their own companies, invest in real estate, and want to grow their wealth and achieve financial independence in their own right.

We are looking for someone that can: 

  • Work with customers on the pre-sales plan and turning the customers desired positive business outcomes into actionable objectives
  • Know our common best practices, and use cases in order to guide the customer’s selection
  • Understand the customer journey and be able to guide them on future feature adoptions
  • Act as the Technical liaison for client questions, issues, or escalations. Work with Account Executives, Product Management, or other teams as needed
  • Own a book of assigned customers, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on our product releases

Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Familiarity working with customers of all sizes, especially large enterprise organizations
  • Project management experience & skills
  • Strong team player but self-starter
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Be the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas and feedback to the engineering team.
  • Contribute to root cause analyses on wins/losses.
    • Communicate lessons learned to the team, this includes the leadership team, the marketing team, and the engineering team.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communications skills
  • You share our values, and work in accordance with those value

Logistics: Candidates can be full-time (W2) or contractors with flexible hours. We accept CPT, OPT, and OPT extension. We will also help you apply for H1B if you need.


Salary: Competitive base and generous commission structure.
