Baseline Requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled as a university student working towards a BA/BS and expected graduation within 2 years 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA  
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company 
  • Remote or hybrid in Austin, TX

Technical Sales Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Systems TSS (technical solution sales) field team, your key responsibilities will include qualifying leads generated from webinars and seminars, thereby contributing to the development of new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support in the setup of webinars and seminars, acting as a catalyst for lead generation. Your role extends to conducting account research to identify target accounts, aiding in the pursuit of strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest in technical sales or marketing, with prior experience in cold-calling or customer-facing roles being a distinct advantage. This internship offers a unique opportunity for exposure to the broader technology sales and marketing process, providing an enriching experience alongside first-class professionals in the field. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Nurture and qualify leads generated from webinars, seminars, and account-based marketing campaigns 
  • Assist in the setup of webinars and seminars to drive lead development 
  • Provide account research to identify target accounts for pursuit 
  • Collaborate with the Systems TSS field team for new business development 



  • Interest in a career in technical sales or marketing 
  • Experience in cold-calling or customer-facing roles is a plus 
  • Willingness to invest time in learning technology for business qualification
