About the role - you will:
- Work with our Government Relations and Legal teams to understand the direction of U.S. federal policy
- Help identify opportunities and risks to Seagate’s U.S. business strategy
- Conduct research on policy and monitor congressional hearings, and present summaries and findings to the GR team
About you:
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a self-directed manner
- Proven teamwork qualities
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Your experience includes:
- Awareness and knowledge of the challenges involved with the geopolitical dynamics with technology policy
- Experience and/or interest in the following policy areas: international trade, data and cyber security, export controls, supply chain, sustainability and ESG
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in one or more of the following programs: Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, or a related area of study.

The estimated base salary range for this position: $20 -$28. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
