As Project Coordinator Intern, you will be a member of the North America PMO team and be  responsible for the work associated the discovery and delivery of projects large in size, scope, and complexity.

Job Responsibilities           
 

  • Adept at navigating complex projects, sometimes with a high-degree of ambiguity and applying the appropriate project management methodologies to deliver project outcomes.
  • Defines project governance processes and facilitates upholding governance throughout project life cycle.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals and objectives.
  • Establish strong internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders, building trust and creating a collaborative environment.





STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
 

  •  
    • Able to complete an internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)
    • Must be geographically flexible to relocate to ADM sites
    • Pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Info Systems, Computer Science, IT or a related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and Summer 2026
    • Preferred GPA of 2.8 or greater
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
    • Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization
    • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.




INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration
  • Based in Erlanger, KY
  • Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
  • Interns who demonstrate high potential and engagement may be offered another internship if still pursuing a degree, or a full-time position after graduation
  • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
