Digital Marketing Associate
What you’ll do:
- Assist with Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Social Media Ads Management: Deploy, manage, and report on online ad initiatives.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of automated email marketing campaigns, including managing data, creating templates, and analyzing campaign results.
- Web Management Support: Assist as needed in daily updates, QA, and other tasks associated with the general upkeep of the g-w.com ecommerce website and Blog.
- SEO and SEM: Collaborate with the team to optimize our website for search engines (SEO) and assist with the management of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Digital Marketing role. Edtech, Education, or Publishing industries preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, GTM, W-CMS platforms, email marketing automation software, and social media ads management tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Strong passion for digital marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, problem solving, and an eye for detail.
