Commercial Interior Design Summer Internship

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized, award-winning architectural and engineering firm, is experiencing significant growth in our architecture practice and are in search of a part-time Interior Design Intern to assist with Commercial projects at our office in Bloomington, MN for Summer 2024 This is a part time opportunity that will be 30 hours per week or less.

Responsibilities

Our intern will support our Interior Design team on various large-scale project drawings while ensuring design quality and attention to detail at each step. Responsibilities include maintaining organization of the resource library, assisting with obtaining new samples and with Standards book development. The intern will also attend vendor events, company meetings, and CEU’s.

Qualifications

A successful candidate must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in Interior design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn and a strong desire to support team members. Candidates are required to submit a resume along with a portfolio that demonstrates competency with conceptual graphic design work.
