Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative, performance-driven Project Coordinator Assistant to join our team. Our day-to-day operations at AIYA rely on this role, so we’re looking for individuals ready for a challenge! Our team is in need of driven and motivated candidate to help push us towards our goals. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Become completely familiarized with all Project Plans and Specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Coordinate with team members to monitor progress on projects and tasks, providing assistance when needed
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Analyze risks and opportunities and help prepare budgets
  • Completion of any tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator in an efficient and timely manner
  • Conduct research to determine market conditions, client feedback, progress on goals and other relevant statistics before, during and after project completion

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or Business Administration required
  • 1+ years of Project Management or software engineering experience required
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in JAVA, Jira, HTML, Tableau
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

 

Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

 

Experience level:

  • 1 year

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Flushing, NY 11354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
