Senior Executive Assistant
We are a family-oriented Midwest based company in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Senior Executive Assistant.
The Senior Executive Assistant will be highly skilled and experienced providing executive support. Responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including schedule management, meeting preparation, research, presentation creation, speech writing, correspondence, philanthropy portfolio management, project management, and event planning.

What You Get To Do
Schedule Management:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel logistics with precision and attention to detail.
Meeting Preparation:
- Conduct thorough research and compile necessary materials in preparation for high-level meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Research and Presentation Creation:
- Conduct research on relevant topics to support decision-making processes.
- Create compelling presentations and reports that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Speech Writing and Correspondence:
- Craft clear, concise, and impactful speeches and written communications.
- Respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the executives, maintaining a professional tone.
Philanthropy Portfolio Management:
- Oversee and manage the philanthropy portfolio, including budget allocation and donation request evaluation.
- Ensure alignment of philanthropic activities with organizational values and objectives.
Project Management:
- Lead and contribute to various projects, demonstrating effective project management skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Event Planning:
- Plan and execute events, both large and small, with a keen eye for detail and organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure events align with organizational objectives.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, required.
- Minimum eight years related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe; Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Self-started who can efficiently manage day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to and managing long-term initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
