About your role:

Our Regional Director provides clinical oversight to all treatment services, including authorizations, compliance, protocols, and staff training and support.  This vital role oversees the financial and growth aspects of our programs through audits, program development, budgeting, billing, and compliance review.  On a more direct level, you will provide ongoing supervision and evaluation to Program Supervisors and assist with hiring and training staff.  This position represents Maple Star within the community and ensures a collaborative and cooperative team culture within our team.  Our Regional Director provides on-call responsibilities for contracts, approximately 1-2 times a month.

 

Does the following apply to you?

• Licensed in Nevada as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Registered as an approved Primary Supervisor for clinical staff
• 3 or more years’ of supervisory experience
• Valid NV Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance
